We’re pulling out all the stops with this Spring’s small group class schedule. Mid-day quickies? You got it. Happy Hour Workouts? Hell yes. Circuits that will leave you sore for days? We’re one step ahead of you.

Thanks to all of our Frequent Ploomers for their amazing class suggestions and recommendations this month. The Ploome Team and I hope that you fall in love with the new schedule, updated class formats, and experimental sweat sessions we have prepared for you. Here are just a few highlights:

  • Re-Animator: Mat + Barre + Apparatus
    Towers, glide boards, and magic circles…oh my! This ass-kicking sweat session features all of your studio favorites rolled into one intense cardio conditioning circuit designed to lengthen, strengthen, and stretch you from head to toe. We’re movin’ and groovin’ from start to finish. Grip socks AND gripless socks required.
  • Dark Side of the Moon: Barre + Apparatus
    You haven’t really worked out at Ploome until you’ve tackled the Wunda Chair and mastered the Moon Box (Head Mistress Stoltz’s favorite Tower micro mat, reserved for advanced practitioners!). Our  newest barre-inspired apparatus circuit will revolutionize the way you practice Pilates. Grip socks required.
  • Lunch Crunch: Express Advanced Apparatus
    In the mood for a mid-day quickie? Join the Ploome Team for an all-out afternoon apparatus extravaganza designed to help you “get-it-in” during your lunch break. Come prepared to sweat because this 45-minute workout won’t stop, even if you do. Grip socks required.
  • Barre Necessities: Advanced Barre-Only Circuit
    You want it, you got it. The classic butt-kicking barre class to end all barre classes. Planks, props, and plies abound in this non-stop glue-geared circuit featuring everything you love about ballet, booty-rocking workouts, and bad-ass Ploome Power Moves. Grip socks required.
